Liz Booth Buyer's Agent, has built a strong reputation with my professionalism and commitment to clients.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate, my extensive knowledge and experience across all areas of real estate, provides a holistic approach when working with clients to buy their dream home or investment.
For every step of the buying experience, I have a personalised and bespoke service and a "client for life" approach. My ability to communicate well and build trust is something learned very early in my career and this remains at the core of my buyer agent ethos.

My Buyers Agent service provides a full service from property appraisal to post settlement. I find your perfect home and have access to exclusive off-market properties. I find, appraise and negotiate property for you. As a lifelong Sydney resident, I know the best streets, schools and lifestyle options in your chosen suburb. Working closely with you, I listen to your needs and what's important for you not only now but in the future too.

When you engage with my services, I only represent you and no one else in that budget range and suburb preferences. To avoid conflict of interest, I do NOT accept any commissions from sellers or other service providers. Advice given to clients is done purely in their best interest.
There are two basic fees for the Full Property Search services:

A non-refundable upfront retainer. This fee is paid upon signing of the Agency Agreement regardless of whether a property is ultimately purchased.
-
A success fee. 80% of the success fee is paid when contracts are exchanged for the purchase of a property and the remaining 20% upon settlement.
